چکیده
Streptomyces albus J1074-pAPI (Streptomyces albus-pAPI) is a recombinant strain constructed to biotechnologically produce apigenin, flavonoid with interesting bioactive features that up now has been manufactured by extraction from plants long and not environmentally friendly procedures. So far, in literature, only maximum apigenin concentration of 80.0 µg·L?1 obtained shake flasks. In this paper, three integrated fermentation strategies were exploited enhance the production J1074-pAPI, combining specific approaches for pre-inoculum conditions, optimization process parameters supplementation precursors. Using mycelium, increased 1.8-fold flask physiological studies. 2L batch fermentation, aeration stirring conditions optimized new inoculum approach reached 184.8 ± 4.0 µg·L?1, productivity 2.6 0.1 ?g·L?1·h?1. The 1.5 mM L-tyrosine fermentations allowed obtain an 343.3 3.0 48 h, 7.1 This work demonstrates crucial requirement increase 4.3- 10.7-fold.

Optimization of Process Parameters for Vinegar Production Using Banana Fermentation
Vinegar fermentation was essentially a two-step process comprising the anaerobic conversion of sugars to ethanol (C2H5OH) and the aerobic oxidation of ethanol to acetic acid (CH3CO2H). It was to be found that vinegar could be successfully produced from the juice extracted from banana using yeast and Acetobacter. Banana fruit pulp was a suitable raw material for ethanol production by fermentatio...
متن کاملSTATISTICAL OPTIMIZATION OF MEDIUM COMPOSITIONS FOR CHITOSANASE PRODUCTION BY A NEWLY ISOLATED Streptomyces albus
The nutritional medium compositions required for chitosanase production by Streptomyces albus YT2 were optimized, and the strain was isolated from the coastal soil of Bohai Sea. Plackett–Burman design was applied to evaluate the effect of different medium compositions obtained by one-factor-at-a-time experiments. Glucose, peptone and MgSO4 were found to influence the activity of chitosanase sig...
متن کاملOptimization of Fermentation Conditions and Bench-Scale for Improvement of a Novel Glycoprotein GP-1 Production by Streptomyces kanasenisi ZX01.
GP-1 is a novel glycoprotein produced by Streptomyces kanasenisi ZX01 that was isolated from soil near Kanas Lake with significant bioactivity against tobacco mosaic virus. However, extremely low fermentation production has largely hindered further research and market applications on glycoprotein GP-1. In this study, response surface methodology was used to optimize fermentation conditions in a...
متن کاملOptimization of Culture Conditions and Medium Components for Carboxymethyl Cellulase (CMCase) Production by a Novel Basidiomycete Strain Peniophora sp. NDVN01
Background: Cellulytic enzymes including carboxymethyl cellulases play the key role in hydrolysis of cellulose, a huge organic carbon reservoir on earth, into monomeric sugars and their eventual conversion into valuable chemicals and energy sources. Objectives: In this study, we described the identification of a basidiomycete isolate NDVN01 and optimization of culture conditions and medium com...
متن کاملStatistical optimization of process parameters for the production of tannase by Aspergillus flavus under submerged fermentation
Production of tannase by Aspergillus flavus (MTCC 3783) using tamarind seed powder as substrate was studied in submerged fermentation. Plackett-Burman design was applied for the screening of 12 medium nutrients. From the results, the significant nutrients were identified as tannic acid, magnesium sulfate, ferrous sulfate and ammonium sulfate. Further the optimization of process parameters was c...
